A Quarter Century

So how does it feel like to have lived a quarter of a century? Hmmm....I've mixed feelings, actually. At a time when my peers are happily employed, carving a career for themselves and laying the foundations for their future, I'm still stuck with my postgraduate degree, unemployed, unpaid, unappreciated. I've yet to achieve anything in my life while everyone else have pulled ahead. I'm grateful however for the life experiences I've gone through so far and the 25 years of memories be it good or bad that no money can buy. I don't know how many more quarter centuries I will achieve in this lifetime but I hope that the next quarter(s) will be as good, if not better than this one. Obviously, I plan to outperform in the next quarter but bring on the peaks and the valleys...I'm prepared to face them all. I've been in many valleys before and I'm sure get out and reach the peak again.

I would like to thank all who were nice enough to remember my birthday with all their well-wishes. It's good to know that there are still people out there that actually cherish my existence. Cheers to you all. :)
