I received the photos below from a friend of mine. Apparently, it is the first female-to-male sex change in Hong Kong. I find the photos disgusting, seriously. I don't understand why people want to do these things and hurt themselves like this. The reason I'm putting these photos up is just to remind people of how painful this procedure can be and to always treasure themselves for who they are. I believe plastic surgery is as complicated and painful as this, so please don't do this to yourself. You deserve better.

well, the final outcome looks really gross...but i don't want to be judgemental as people do things for many different reasons.
